Our Two Year Exclusive Rock Tumbler Warranty:

Our rock tumbler warranty is comprehensive. It covers workmanship defects and labor on your new lapidary machine for 2 years. We will replace or repair at our discretion any machine that doesn’t work properly.

Our rock tumbler warranty doesn’t cover grit, plastic pellets, or any other consumable item unless there is a manufacturer defect.

The rock tumbler warranty is voided if you overload your barrel, don’t oil the bushings or don't oil the bearings as described in the instruction booklet. If you'd like help with any of these instructions, please call us, and we'll be glad to talk you through it.

Rockpick Legend Co is not responsible for customers' inability to use equipment while parts are being repaired or replaced. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, electrical burnouts, alterations, or neglect.

If you alter the machine you void all warranties.

Cost of shipping the tumbler is not covered by the warranty in most cases. If we can help you correct a problem over the phone, we are happy to do that.

You guys are the best. I needed information on tumbling sapphires and rubies and you explained the type of grit to use and how long to tumble. I ordered the product and got it four days. I just called with questions on belts for a tumbler that you don't carry and you guys gave me advice on where to look. You also answered some other questions.
